A young boxer from Algiers, Iman Khalif, has expressed the desire to defend her gold medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Khalif, who won gold at the Olympics in Tokyo, confirmed her intentions for future games. She stated: "My goal is to win and defend my country. I still have enough time to prepare, and I will do everything possible to justify the trust placed in me."
The athlete acknowledged that she will have to work hard on herself to replicate her success in the upcoming Olympic cycle. "Boxing is my life, and I am ready to fight for a new victory," added Khalif.
